Our Daily Bread
Our Daily Bread is Maryland’s hot meal program, serving more than a quarter million meals to the hungry of Baltimore City each year. They serve nutritious lunches every day of the year and breakfast to seniors and individuals with disabilities each weekday.
Members of MHPC have a monthly casserole commitment to Our Daily Bread. We are always in need of casseroles! Metal pans and a recipe book are available in the church narthex. Next to the pans, there are several forms which list other needed items, dates and a recipe of the month, along with freezing instructions. Recipes can also be found at the link below. When your casserole is made, please label it with the recipe name and date and wrap it in foil. Casseroles can be dropped off in the upstairs church kitchen, in the chest freezer, during church hours.
