Our Facilities

Located on 10 acres in a peaceful, wooded neighborhood, our church offers many unique facilities that we are delighted to be able to share with the community. Our spaces have been thoughtfully designed to foster a sense of peace, fellowship, and spiritual growth, and we are honored to extend their use beyond our congregation. Whether you're here for worship, a private event, or simply to visit, we hope you find our facilities to be a welcoming and inspiring place.

Historic Hebron House

Hebron House, a lovely, restored 200-year-old farmhouse, was home of the Harmon Jones Baker family from 1920 to 1960. Sons Franklin D. Baker and H. Jones Baker, Jr., were charter members of Mt. Hebron Presbyterian Church.

The house is now used for church events, other non-profit organization gatherings, and private functions. It is an essential part of the church's property and history.

Amphitheater & Grounds

Our Outdoor Chapel (Amphitheater) offers a peaceful and picturesque environment for worship, weddings, concerts, celebrations of life, and other special events under the open sky. There is bench seating that can accommodate 60-70 people, and space for additional rental chairs.

A walking labyrinth is also located on the church grounds, as well as plenty of open green space for a tent or outdoor events.

Sanctuary

With comfortable seating for 200, an upgraded sound system, and excellent acoustics, the sanctuary at MHPC is a wonderful venue for worship services, weddings, and musical events. Our beautiful Steinway & Sons “M” grand piano is an inspiration to us in our worship service, and in our music program at Mt. Hebron.

In addition to weddings and services, we welcome inquiries for music teacher studio recitals, music competitions, concerts, and musical events.

Fellowship Hall

Fellowship Hall is a large, multi-purpose space designed for community gatherings, social events, and various church activities. The hall has a flexible layout and can accommodate up to 152 people, perfect for gatherings large and small.

The high ceilings with exposed wooden beams create a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is also an adjacent kitchen that can be used to stage meals.

Weddings at MHPC

We are an inclusive congregation that welcomes all denominations and faiths, Christian and non-Christian, and LGBTQIA to be married at MHPC.

Church members and non-members who wish to be married at MHPC may tentatively reserve a wedding date by contacting our Hebron House Coordinator (hebronhouse@mthebronpc.org). At that time, you will be asked to complete and submit an Application for Marriage Service to the church office. A deposit of $100 is required with the Application. Session, the MHPC governing board, approves all weddings held at the Church, Hebron House, and the Outdoor Chapel (Amphitheater).
